Can i get a tongue piercing after just getting a lip filler?

You can get piercing but you should discuss timing with your injector. Every plastic surgeon has his own protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

Yes you may get a piercing but inform your injector of the timing so that they can potentially give you a prescription for antibiotics to take prior to (and possibly after) the piercing. A piercing does have potential for a small amount of bacteria to enter your bloodstream.

I would recommend waiting 2-3 weeks after receiving lip filler before getting a tongue piercing to reduce your risk of infection after filler. I hope this helps!

Absolutely. Lip filler should not impede your ability to get a tongue piercing. However, you may want to space them out slightly just so you're not dealing with the inflammation from your piercing and filler at the same time.
