Can involuntary, extreme tensing of abs during sleep damage muscle repair of a tummy tuck?

Anastasia_B
I am 3 weeks post op and have something unusual happening. When I wake up in the morning, I have my abs completely tensed. I’m not sure if I’m pushing them out, sucking them in, or if they are just rigid. But it feels uncomfortable and extreme. I’m so scared that I’m damaging the surgery, but I can’t control it. Everything looks good from the outside.
