Should i use anything to reduce the ted dry skin mark? (photo)

I had chemical brn from hair removal cream on my face yesterday. I used 1% hydrocortison after burn. Now its getting red dry skin.

I would suggest an in person consultation with an expert for evaluation. Hypertrophic scarring should be treated in a combination approach with lasers along with steroid/5fu injections. Please see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

This scar is not a keloid, and is still in the healing process. Treatment with lasers, microneedling, peels, and skin care will improve the appearance. Please see a board certified dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment. Best, Dr. Emer

Unfortunately scars are for the most part permanent. Scar revision is just as it sounds; it will only revise and make the scar appear smaller or more faded. You would need an in person consultation with an board certified plastic surgeon because, every case is different. At the consultation the...
