I got a scar camouflage tattoo and it looks awful. What can I do?

So, I have had scars on my thighs from self harm ever since I was 14 years old. It's been 12 years, and I have been so self conscious about them. I've tried lasers and makeup, but nothing really helped. I finally found someone in my area who offered scar camouflage permanent makeup and tried it. This was two weeks ago, and while I've been hoping the color would fade, it hasn't. The previously white scars are now BRIGHT orange. Is there anything I can do at this point? I'm so upset.

Your best bet is to start with a consult with a cosmetic specialist physician that performs scar treatments as well as tattoo removal.  Together we could map out a plan that would address both problems.  You may get some more fading of the permanent make-up just waiting depending on the method used.
