There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and wrinkles, but a combination approach with nonsurgical treatments would give the most improvement: fillers (Belotero, Juvederm Volbella), lasers (Fraxel, CO2), Renuvion (J-Plasma), microneedling/PRP, Cosmelan peels and stem cells. There are some options for your in case you want to improve the under-eye area. Starting from Filorga’s optim-eye, or chemical peeling trying not to be invasive. Microneedling, in my opinion, should be performed using medical grade devices by trained medical professionals. In you case, microneedling would help with superficial lines. Hyaluronic acid based filler like Restylane would help with the undereye volume loss and related dark circles. The lines under your eyes are probably not related to the retinol use.
