Is a TT the only way I can fix my mons? Is there a surgeon who will work with insurance to cover any of the work I need? (Photo)

I lost a lot of weight & had lipo. After my last procedure I found out I was pregnant 6 months after (had a 1% chance of getting preg)... my pregnancy did not go well. My mons is insane & 6 yrs later I can’t deal anymore, is a TT the only way? In a perfect world I could get a MM but as a single mom of a med. fragile child working 2 jobs, I need under $10k. My body is uneven from lipo, not sure more would help/be enough? Would insurance cover anything?
