I would like a more defined and angular jawline, because I feel like mine has no angle to it. I kind of want the jaw angle be a little lower so my face doesn’t look narrow if that’s possible. I was thinking like a mandibular angle implant would fix most of those problems, but would I need more than that or something else to achieve those looks. Or is what I want not possible?

Hello, thank you for your question. It seems like you can benefit from a chin augmentation, I recommend you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss the procedure that is best for you.
There is definitely deficiency in the jaw and chin here. Your mid-face seem to be fine. You have two options:1. Either go through Invisalign and re-create the over bite, then have jaw advancement surgery or 2. Sliding genioplasty with down grafting.
There are muscles at the bottom of the chin that prevent make it extremely difficult to add vertical length to your chin. In addition, they will make your chin appear wider. The best treatment for vertical lengthening is a genioplastry. It will provide you with the most natural results.
