Age 41, 36D, would areola reduction without lift improve the look? (Photos)

I'm 41 and my splayed breasts have never been perky, but my very large areola has always made me self conscious. Would an areola reduction alone improve the look? I'm not looking for perfect breasts or dramatic change, just improvement. I'm a 36D and would not like my breasts any bigger.

It is unlikely that an areolar reduction will improve the appearance of your scars. In fact, the added tension could make the scars worse. A conversion to a "lollipop" would probably give you the best chance to improve the scars.
