it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would need breast lift to improve the shape. Areola reduction will not improve sagging. The areolar reduction may stretch back out and you could be left with scars that wouldn’t be worth it. I advise against it unless you decide to have s lift at some time

No, you need a lift to decrease the stretch on your areolae, or they will just stretch out again. The lift will need to be at least the vertical or lollipop lift,

From your photos it appears you would have the best outcome from a standard lift. Reducing the areola would not provide much improvement and they could restretch due to the tension on the incisions.
