I posted on here a few years ago but now I am 23 and am seriously looking to get an areola reduction. I don't want my areola to be puffy/protruding anymore. I want them to sit higher on my breast to give the illusion of more breast tissue at the base. I am looking for doctors in the DFW area. Will an areola reduction give me my desired look?

There is no way to guarantee that if a donut lift is repeated that the areola will not stretch again. I encourage you to speak with your surgeon about your concerns and discuss your options. It may be that a lift with a different approach may yield better results.
