Can my areolas be removed or repositioned? I feel that my areola is too high/ too big. (photos)

Gender: female Age:24 Weight:53kg Height:5’1 Produce done before: breast reduction and lifting In May 1,2022 Concern/issue: I feel that my areola is too high/ too big with respect to my inframmary line the distance from the center of my nipple to the inframmary line is 11cm which I think is much more than the standard which is approximately 7cm The sternal notch distance is 18cm on both breasts, the distance between the nipples is 22cm and the diameter of the areola is 4cm
