your results should be final 7 months after surgery. If you have concerns it is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You have a really nice result. I would expect the redness in the scar to improve with time. The areolae is probably at its final size

At 7 months, you are fairly well healed and should not expect any changes except from aging, hormonal or weight changes.

At seven months post op you are pretty much healed. Any further changes will be with regards to the scar further maturing. Be sure to visit with your surgeon if you have any concerns.
