How long does it take for areola to take its final shape, size and condition after reduction. I am 7 months post op. Will I notice any further change.? Thank you doctors.

your results should be final 7 months after surgery. If you have concerns it is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You have a really nice result. I would expect the redness in the scar to improve with time. The areolae is probably at its final size

At 7 months, you are fairly well healed and should not expect any changes except from aging, hormonal or weight changes.
