Question

After 28 days of Well recovery after rhinoplasty and spetoplasty I woke up yesterday with small red patch on my left nasil tip, that got more reddish, rounded, and a bit hard, no pain unless I touch it . my doctor is traveling and I'm worried, please advise me Thank you

You may have a minor infection.  Most of these will resolve without treatment.  I would call the doctor's office and ask to speak to the nurse if the doctor is out of town.  If you were my patient I would probably begin an oral antibiotic and begin using Neosporin on a Q-tip and apply this to the inside of the nose.  I would also want to check you in person.  It is better to be overly cautious.

It's best if you contact your own doctor for this. Even if he is traveling there would likely be a covering physician that the staff can work with to advise you. If it is infection it should not be left untreated and you can't judge by internet advice from doctors who don't know you.
