I had rhinoplasty about 2 weeks ago because it was crooked and had a hump and the hump was almost 100% removed but I'm still not happy with how it looks, it's still crooked and I really want it to be straight. If I have another rhinoplasty can this make it straight?

Answer: Too Soon It is too soon to make a decision about having another surgery. You are very early in the healing process and the appearance of your nose will continue to change in the following months. You can ask your surgeon if he has any instructions on manipulating the deviation. You may also like how your nose will be within a few months. You should wait at least 1 year before deciding to have another rhinoplasty. Hope this helps,Ali Rıza Öreroğlu, MD FEBOPRASEuropean and Turkish Board Certified Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive SurgeonIstanbul, Turkey

Answer: Swelling after Rhinoplasty Hello!Thank you for pictures and question! My recommendation would be to hold of on any surgery, you are still at an extremely early stage in your recovery process and the final look of your nose will continue to subtly change. You may still have swelling on the nose and its surrounding areas. It takes about a year for your nose to fully heal. Continue to follow your surgeons post op instructions for optimal results. Best of luck,Dr. Deepak Dugar
