I have developed a twitch under my right eye. Were my injections the cause? How do I treat this?

I had under eye fillers done 2.5 months ago and have developed under eye twitching in my right eye. It started on my eyelid and now twitches under my eye in my tear through area where I had the filler done. I had restylane fillers done. My first time ever having injections. Were my injections the cause? How do I treat this?
