How many times can I have a chin implant revisions? Can I have more than 3 in 3 years?

There is really no maximum number of times that a chin implant can be revised, but in the ideal setting, a revision is not needed.  If an implant is in the wrong position or not the ideal size, it can be adjusted or replaced.  

If you have had multiple chin implant procedures but still aren't happy, it's still possible to get it fixed.  You'll need someone who does this often because the scar tissue that forms needs to be adjusted at the same time for the best results.  We do 4-5 chin surgeries each week so the unexpected is commonplace!

There is not an anatomic or biologic limit as to how many times a chin implant can be revised or replaced. A year or two apart is not really a short period of time surgically. The key question now is what are you going to do, based on what has been learned from your prior surgeries, to make the 4th chin procedure the last one?
