Protruding chin correction. Chin implant/filler/surgery/reduction?

Is there anything I can do to improve this? I want double chin/neck lipo but I don't know if that would fix the fact that my chin would still protrude out like a witch chin when I smile. Possibly filler or implant to define my chin and lower jaw?

There are muscles at the bottom of the chin that prevent make it extremely difficult to add vertical length to your chin. In addition, they will make your chin appear wider. The best treatment for vertical lengthening is a genioplastry. It will provide you with the most natural results.
