Stubborn Double Chin, Weak Jaw line, Jowls and would love to make my chin slightly longer! Advice? (photos)

Question

I am a 26 year old female and have always had a very stubborn double chin and a weak jawline. I am 5'7 125 pounds and am very happy with my body, but my double chin, jowls, and all in all weak jawline are killing me! My chin is also slightly weak, whenever I take a photo from the side I don't know how comfortable I feel about having an implant placed on my face so I have been looking into sliding genioplasty, and also smart lipo for the chin and neck! My concerns are nerve damage, and lumpiness!

A chin implant with liposuction of the submental area and neck along with the jowls would be a reasonable option to avoid more involved surgery.

You do have an underdeveloped lower jaw. The ideal would be to combine orthodontics and jaw advancement surgery. If this is not acceptable, you have to accept a less significant improvement by "masking' the true issue; and attempting to build out the jaw/chin area. Augmentation of the jawline and a genioplasty will accomplish that correction. But you have to accept implant materials as part of the jawline augmentation. This is common practice
