What is the difference between one verses two incisions during butt augmentations? I've notived some use two one on each buttock an others use one fown the middle is there one method or the other with more benefits or risk? Thank you

Answer: Buttock implants - incision a 2 incision technique shows a way lesser risk of wound healing problems. The single incision approach carries a higher risk of Infections and opening of the wound. If that occurs it can become quiet a lengthy process to get it healed.

Answer: One versus two incision in buttock implants When placing buttock implants, two separate incisions are much safer then just one in the crease. Although only one scar might sound more appealing, there is more to it. Single center incisions are burdened with a very high rate of wound healing problems which take a long time to heal and problems in both implant pockets may easily occur.With two incisions would healing problems also occur from time to time but much less, and they are usually self limiting, which means they heal up without surgical action. So two incisions instead of one are better and safer.
