How can I get rid of the fat on the back of my neck?

I always thought that my spine was somewhat curved because of the hump on the back of my neck (between shoulders) but I went to a doctor and he said that I just had a poor posture and that the hump on my back was fat stored in there.I’m also overweight and I want to know if losing weight can make the hump go away?

Thanks for the question, lidocaine which is a numbing medication can alter seizure thresholds, that being said these procedures can be done safely by altering the doses of lidocaine to safe levels. Make sure you see someone who understands this
