I always thought that my spine was somewhat curved because of the hump on the back of my neck (between shoulders) but I went to a doctor and he said that I just had a poor posture and that the hump on my back was fat stored in there.I’m also overweight and I want to know if losing weight can make the hump go away?

Sorry, I have never had liposuction considered to be medically necessary. Your insurance company would say " lose the weight." It is unlikely that liposuction would improve your back symptoms, especially after 4 back surgeries. I wish you the best with your back problems !
