Are there any non surgical procedures to slim the bottom half of my face?

It is difficult to answer this question thoroughly without a face to face exam or detailed photographs.  The lower third of the face and jawline become fuller and less smooth because of several common conditions. As we get older the fatty deposits in the cheeks droop into the jowl area. Skin loses its elasticity and sags. Additionally cheek bones and the jaw bone resorbs and everything droops. As you can see several factors contribute to the "square" appearance of the lower face. Therefore usually a combination of treatments are needed to reverse these changes.
Fillers such as Juvederm Volluma or Vollure are used to gently lift the cheeks and tighrten the skin. A combination of a non-surgical lift (Ultherapy, Thermage CPT, venuus Viva, or Pelleve) with fractional resurfacing (Mixto Co2 laser) is also used to lift and tighten the neck. All these treatments are minimally invasive and leave no scars. 
Please find an experienced Cosmetic Surgeon or Dermatologist and bring photos of yourself from 10 years earlier to discuss your options.

There are many different non-surgical options for improving the contour of your face.  Ultherapy and fillers (injections) are a non-invasive way to improve the look of the cheek bones and jaw line, filling in some of the hollow areas and smoothing out the skin.  Minimally invasive procedures such as J-plasma or a threadlift are other options that require local anesthesia and an in-office procedure.  I recommend that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for more information.  Best of luck! 

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Thank you for your question regarding nonsurgical procedures to slim the face.  There are a few modalities that may help you achieve a slimmer lower half of your face.  The first is the use of Botox in the masseter muscles.  These muscles can become large if you area grinding or clenching your teeth.  By relaxing the muscles with Botox, over time they will relax and diminish in size.  This will result in a smoother and less sharp angle of the jawline.  Secondly, fillers can also be used strategically ,and in addition to the Botox, can help contour the jawline to the shape you desire.  Lastly, some are using Kybella (off label) to melt fat in the lower face (jowls).  This can also be used in addition to the other treatments discussed above.  
To be sure, see two or more experienced, licensed and board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have treatment. I hope this helps.

Without having seen you and doing a detailed exam (a must!), I can tell you that in general there are several nonsurgical treatment options available to slim down the lower face and great a more oval-shaped face. We can do various fillers injected in areas such as cheeks and temples. Sometimes creating a more defined jawline with fillers (or PDO thread lift) can also help. For patients with bulky masseter muscles, we can also use Botox injections to relax the muscles and reduce its bulkiness to some degrees. There are a few options to consider. Botox to the masseter muscles can slim the jawline. The effects last three to four months. You can also consider FaceTite or Morpheus8. FaceTite uses RF technology to tighten the skin, melt fat, and increase collagen production. Results can be enhanced by adding Morpheus8 to improve overall skin tone and texture.

It's normal for the face to change a bit in shape as we get older, but that doesn't mean the changes are welcome ones. Dermal fillers may be helpful, or cosmetic facial surgery may be a better option. Only an in-person evaluation can say for sure.
