Hello all ! I'm 40 years old and I have uneven jawline . I dont know if its sagging or extra fat pad on my jaw but Ijust one side of my jaw is looks like that !! You can see how puffy and uneven it looks , is there any nonsurgical treatment to help with that area ? Thank You !
Answer: Uneven jawline can be addressed by doing morpheus8 and fillers to help define it. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Jawline There are a few options you can consider. Botox can be injected into the masseter muscles to help slim the jawline. The treatment is done in the office with the results lasting about three to four months. You can also explore FaceTite. This minimally invasive procedure uses RF technology to tighten the skin, melt fat and increase collagen production. You can add Morpheus8 treatments to enhance your results by improving overall skin tone and texture. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Jawline enhancement Hi there thank you for the query and pictures. It seems like the problem area here for you is the division between masseter muscle and pre-jowel sulcus creating almost a little indent Non-surgical improvement of this can be carried out using hyaluronic acid based dermal filler. Assessment is required to assess physically however, It would appear that work on mid and lower face would be beneficial. Hope this helps and good luck!

Answer: Fixing an Uneven Jawline Hi and thank you for your question! No face is 100% symmetrical and we all have some levels of normal asymmetry in our face and body, but if reaches a level that bothers you it can be corrected. In your case, I would like to know if the unevenness is something new or if it has been getting worse, or if it has been like this since a ling time ago. This is important because sometime, superficial unevenness might indicate underlying issues which require further investigation. Otherwise, the jawline can be adjusted with injection of filler. Other treatments to consider include Kybella for under the jaw and possibly Botox for reducing the bulk of masseter muscle (if it is bulky). Non-invasive laser and radiofrequency treatments can also help with tightening the skin. I hope it helps and good luck!

Answer: Kybella, Thermi tight, fillers for non-surgical facelift Thank you for the question and photo. I would say that it is hard to tell based on your picture alone. I recommend scheduling consult with an experienced facial plastic surgeon so that he can examine you and go over your options. I have had great success with liquid facelift using fillers. You could also consider kybella, Thermi tight, and microneedling to help with your concerns Best Regards, Dr. Weiss
