Tip + Alar Flare - Can alar flare come back with time? (Photo)

It's difficult to see a pinched appearance, based on the photos that you posted. From my vantage point, you appear to have less flare of your nostrils, and you appear to look good! In all likelihood, with an isolated alarplasty, if you are 3 months or longer after your procedure, you are likely looking at a final result. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

The nasal flare can come back after sometime. If not then you can use a dilator like a small urinary catheter with a balloon to stretch the area over a few months.

Hello and thank you for your question. Unfortunately this pinched look can happen with alarplasty. There are ways to correct during a revision depending on your specific anatomy.
