Tip + Alar Flare - Can alar flare come back with time? (Photo)

Can a bit of alar flare come back after tip softens and swelling goes down and fibrosis softens? I got an alarplasty and feel my nose is too narrow now and was hoping for some flare to come back. Any other suggestions
