Is it possible to change the tip without changing the bridge?

Courageous779097
I have always hated how big and round the tip of my nose is, I dislike the wideness but i love the way my nose bridge looks from the side. I just really hate the bulk at the tip. I dont want to change the bridge or give myself a super pointy tip as I want it to look natural and match my ethnic features. I almost feel like my nose could be button like if it wasnt so thick and round. And I dislike to smile widely as my nose looks way too wide for my liking. Is there a way to fix my concern without messing with the bridge and not making it super pointy? I wish i could carve out the skin almost im not sure
