Yes, you can do a tip rhinoplasty to make the tip more pointed. Your tip is somewhat wide. In your inferior view, the tip is too broad as well. You may want to narrow the columella by pulling in the medial crura at the base of the nose.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Your question is a good one. You can have anything done to your nose that you want. What I would suggest is consulting with an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon and during your consultation you will likely use computer imaging which will help visually demonstrate the changes you would like to see to the appearance of your nose. You have very thick skin so I would not be too concerned with your nose being made too pointy.
