In my early 30s, and I’ve had slight asymmetry to my brows since my teenage years. Now, the asymmetry is more pronounced and my eyelids also appear asymmetrical.

It’s completely normal for brow and eyelid asymmetry to become more noticeable over time, and there are definitely options to help improve balance.
A gliding brow lift can be a great choice for subtle, natural correction. This technique allows for precise adjustment of the brow position, addressing asymmetry without creating an over-pulled look. It also tends to have a shorter recovery time compared to traditional brow lifts.
Your treatment might also need to be combined with: • Botox/Dysport – A small amount can be used to relax the stronger side or lift the lower brow, providing a temporary but effective improvement. • Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty) – If the asymmetry extends to the upper eyelids, a blepharoplasty can remove excess skin or fat, creating a more even appearance. • Fat Grafting or Fillers – Adding volume to the brow or temple area can sometimes balance out differences without surgery.

The eyebrows can be easily corrected with a brow lift.  You may only need it done on one side.  This may or may not improve the appearance of your eyelids.

Both eyelids will need to be fixed. This is precisely not the type of ptosis that should be addressed with so-called "scarless" posterior approach ptosis surgery also known as Mueller's muscle conjunctival resection. You have asymmetric ptosis and asymmetric compensatory eyebrow elevation. In my extensive experience, posterior approach ptosis surgery will not adequately repair your ptosis. Also by repairing the levator disinsertion, a greater improvement in the compensatory eyebrow elevation is expected. In addition, anterior levator resection ptosis surgery creates the opportunity to control the crease height improving crease height symmetry as well. In many of these cases, it is helpful to reinforce the lateral canthus to help maintain an almond shaped eye. This is a factor that is considered during a detailed, in person consultation.

Thank you for posting your question here!My answer is based on the limited information and pictures provided , for a detailed and personalized plan please consult with your plastic surgeon.
It is hard to weigh in with the limited pictures provided as you are looking downward in that picture , I would recommend having your plastic surgeon examine you and obtain standardized pictures. Sometimes one brow is elevated secondary to ptosis (lowering of the eyelids ) to compensate for the decrease in visual field this can be corrected with ptosis surgery. That being said , it is hard to assess that on your picture. there are other possibilities , including brow asymmetry causing the lids to look different , which can either be corrected temporarily with botox or permanently with brow lift of the opposite side to match. I would recommend consulting with your plastic surgeon to come up with a plan that works for you.Best of luck!
