In my early 30s, and I’ve had slight asymmetry to my brows since my teenage years. Now, the asymmetry is more pronounced and my eyelids also appear asymmetrical.

Answer: Brow and eyelid asymmetry Thank you for posting your question here!My answer is based on the limited information and pictures provided , for a detailed and personalized plan please consult with your plastic surgeon. It is hard to weigh in with the limited pictures provided as you are looking downward in that picture , I would recommend having your plastic surgeon examine you and obtain standardized pictures. Sometimes one brow is elevated secondary to ptosis (lowering of the eyelids ) to compensate for the decrease in visual field this can be corrected with ptosis surgery. That being said , it is hard to assess that on your picture. there are other possibilities , including brow asymmetry causing the lids to look different , which can either be corrected temporarily with botox or permanently with brow lift of the opposite side to match. I would recommend consulting with your plastic surgeon to come up with a plan that works for you.Best of luck!
