5 months ago, I had my lip fillers done with the brand Aliaxin. Most of the filler looks dissolved. I would like to get Restylane lip fillers now, but I am not sure if it safe.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing. Fillers properly placed under the eyes should not have any impact positive or negative on sinus issues. If the filler is still present you can elect to have it dissolved with hyaluronidase. Always choose an experienced injector for treatment.
