Your breasts are still asymmetrical in volume, shape and position. You need a small implant on the larger side or a larger implant on the smaller side. You may want to have a revision of your mastopexy as well as fat transfers to make the correction.

The revision can be done in the office under local anesthesia. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

If you look at your preoperative pictures, you will recognize that you have fairly substantial breast asymmetry in almost every aspect of your breasts.
This is going to impact how each procedure was done on each breast, and this can lead to some inherent differences.
It looks like you’re still pretty early out from your procedure.
I suggest letting yourself heal up for a good 6 to 12 months and then discuss the outcome with your provider.
