Can you replace implants through new incision? Areola or armpit? (Photo)

I'm 375cc MP hate my chest scars my implants have been sitting in this position since 2months after my surgery. My doctor cut me way to high on my chest wall which is why I look bottomed out. I would love to fix my fold and hide my high crease scars but nothing seems promising. I heard mesh was a waste of $ Not sure how sutures will help keep that crease scar tucked & hidden. I want to go bigger going through areola or armpit. I know it's possible. But what do you think???

Your breasts are still asymmetrical in volume, shape and position. You need a small implant on the larger side or a larger implant on the smaller side. You may want to have a revision of your mastopexy as well as fat transfers to make the correction. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Breast symmetry is rare. Your asymmetry is not remarkable considering where you began. You may consider doing 1 implant reduction. The larger breast going down about 100 cc's. This may allow the nipple-areola complex to match since right now they are at 2 different levels. Best...

You don't really appear any more bottomed out on the left than you do on the right. It just seems like the implant is too small. Strattice is an excellent, if not overly expensive, supporting material that can do what any other absorbable mesh can do. When I look at you, you started out before...

Hi there, Can you provide more surgical details, such as how far out from surgery these photos are? If you are early in your recovery then it will likely take more time till your final results are shown IF you are over 6 months or so out then it would be more appropriate to discuss a revision...
