I am a female, 33 years old. I have had 3 pregnancies, 4 children (twins for my first pregnancy). I started out with about a/b breast size before children. With pregnancies-- I was around a c/d. Went from 200 lbs to 120 lbs. I do not want implants. Yet I am considering if a vertical lift. I am curious if with such small breasts if it is worth it. And what size they would most likely end up when finished with the lift? Thanks
Answer: Lift Yes, you can just do the lift and will have somewhat smaller breasts in that excess skin is removed.

Answer: Breast lift for small chest, is it worth it and will size change? Hello @Exuberant61750, thank you for your question and showing your pictures. You may consider having a breast lift with an L-shaped scar. By doing this, you would improve the projection and the shape of the tissue, which will remain a similar size, but without the flaccidity that you are having now. If you would like more information and options, I would recommend consulting one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD FACS

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift Dear Exuberant61750, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Breast lift? Is it worth it for me? Thank you for your question and photos. From your pictures, one thing stands out at me. Volume loss. You do not have droopy or ptotic breasts. A small implant would fill up the skin envelope and provide a more youthful look. You don't need to go with a huge implant. A small implant will improve the appearance and minimize the scarring. Consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area to discuss the options available.
