How can I have my eyes look more Western? I'm half Asian. (photo)

In order to show more eyelid platform and possibly raise you eyelid crease, Asian Blepharoplasty may get you the results you are looking for. It is possible to set the eyes deeper in the orbit via Orbital decompression, but this has risks associated with it such as double vision, so it would have to be discussed extensively. Eyeball tattooing is absolute no-no. This could end up causing severe vision problems. You should have a consultation with an Oculofacial (Oculoplastics) Surgeon who has experience in all these techniques. 

Just a couple suggestions.  First of all, I agree that I would not recommend trying to set the eye further back into the orbit nor would I recommend eyeball tattooing.  For the lower eyelids, there are two options.   CanthoplastyFat Grafting to the upper cheeks and/or templesYou could do one or both procedures as they are together meant to improve the lateral vector from a downslope to more of an upslope.  As for the upper eyelid, I agree that lifting the crease should nicely open your eyes.  You may need just a little lift to the epicanthal fold (the extension of the upper eyelid in the middle) as this may also help.  While this may seem like a lot of surgery, they are all relatively minor procedures meant to enhance your features and are very, very low risk of causing any harm.  Everything could be done in less than 2 hours.  Your shortsightedness would stay exactly the same, not better but certainly not any worse.

it is not possible to set your eyes deeper into the orbit and I definitely do not recommend eyeball tattoo because the risk of complications such as loss of vision, infection, etc. and usually a non medical person is doing the procedure.  also if you do not like the results, it is not reversible.  as for looking more western, you can manipulate the double eyelid to be much larger and as an outfold…...it is difficult to tell from your picture if you had double eyelid surgery or not...another way to make your eyes less Asian is to change your Mongolian fold by doing a medial epicanthoplasty.  see a plastic surgeon who does a lot of Asian eyelid surgery to see if your desired look is achievable.  hope this helps.
