I've been thinning since I was 13 years old and when I turned 18 a slight thinning in my crown happened. It was staying like that till this year when I turned 19 it went all bad. I've always had something like diffuse thinning since I was 13 if my hair was shorter than 1.5 inches. Now there is noticeable hairline recession, thin crown, and thinner hair all over head. No one in my family is bald and only my dad has a slight receding hairline. Should I do prp surgery? I am only 19.
