Can it regrow and add hair that was never there? I'm want only the top about front 1/2 to front. I'm unfortunate as I have male pattern and I'm female. Also, I'd essential oils really helpful for hair loss? No minoxidil please.

Answer: PRP PRP is not going to generate hair follicles in an area of the scalp where no follicles exist, but it can strengthen the hairs that are present, reverse the miniaturization process, and improve the overall hair "mass" or density. I think that it also slows the progression of hair loss. It can be used in conjunction with hair transplant procedures, or other non-surgical treatments. I am not aware of any evidence to show that essential oils help with hair loss.
