Will using the sauna affect my breast fat transfer results?

Thanks for your question.  I am personally not aware of any harm that this would cause, but it is always a good idea to ask your operating surgeon.  He or she knows exactly what was done and can better answer that question.  

Thank you for your great question. I would recommend until your incisions are fully healed, about 6 weeks before taking a steam. The time after your surgery should be filled with extra care to avoid infection and letting the body fully recover from the liposuction and fat grafting.

I recommend you ask your plastic surgeon as he/she will have their preferences. In my practice, I would ask you to refrain from using a sauna, steam room, bath, hot tub, pool, ocean or lake for three weeks after a breast augmentation with fat transfer.
