A vampire facelift involves injections of prp into areas that need it, while a vampire facial refers to the topical application of PRP (platelet rich plasma. Both can be great for rejuvenation but needs to be combined with lasers, fillers, Sculptra for collagen building or skin tightening to get the ultimate results. Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to decide whether early subcision should be started.

It depends on what your issues are. For deep scarring PRP is better as an injectable. If your are looking for better color, texture and to bring down open pores then I would suggest micro needling. Look up the VAMPIRE Facial / Facelift to get more info. Hope this was helpful. JB

Microneedling with PRP as an effective way to treat acne scars, uneven complexion, fine lines and wrinkles, larger pores and more. Be sure to consult a certified practitioner before moving forward with the treatment, however, microneedling is safe to do on all skin types, including sensitive skin. I highly recommend that you always choose a practitioner who is very experienced to give you the treatment options that are best for you!

Hi. We use PRP/PRF in the following ways -
1. We add to microneedling or radiofrequency microneedling (Vivace) to enhance a face treatment for fine wrinkles, texture, tone, maintenance. We do both applications - topical and injections with the microneedling or Vivace. It does not specifically tighten skin.
2. We add to scalp treatments for hair health.
3. We add to Sculptra for enhanced benefits with Sculptra (revolumization and recontouring). 
4. We add to laser or surgery for enhanced healing and result.
