I really like what I’m reading about Ideal Implant giving the patient the safety of saline with the aesthetic appeal of silicone. However, on their website it says they have lowest risks of rupture and c. contraction, but when I called a very large practice and asked if they could do my surgery with Ideal Implant, they stated they could but did not recommend AT ALL due to a very high rate of deflation soon after surgery. Have any other surgeons had this issue?
