Ideal Implants reality check - would it be possible to achieve my desire result? (Photo)

I have been using the Ideal implants since they were first available. They are very good and my patients have been extremely happy with the results. However, i do not think they are good for all women. I think you will run a risk of being able to feel them too much at the inframammary crease. There is also a chance, as with all implants that you could see a surface irregularity because of how small you are currently and how large you want to go. I think I would recommend a highly cohesive gel implant. Good luck.
