I started with tubular breasts, had an augmentation using Motiva 380cc high profile, 5.4cm projection, 11cm base. My current cup size is 30-32DD (bust size 37“, under bust 30-31 inches), my figure 5.2 ft/150 Ib. I prefer smaller breasts with smoother transition in the upper chest, maybe 34-35“ bust size. Will downsizing by -85cc gonna be noticeable? using 295cc moderate profile (full, 4.4cm projection, 10.75cm base) or should I downsize by -105cc with 275cc (full, 4.3 projection, 10.5cm base)?
Answer: Implant sizre Dear Easygoing82304, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements. Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match. Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Breast implant reduction Firstly, you will need a breast lift to elevate the nipples . I would go with the smaller implants , they should b supported with an absorbable mesh bra .

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method Your implants are too large, your breasts are widely separated and the nipple-areola complex is pointing downward. I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: What do you need? I think my best recommendation for you is to spend some effort finding the right plastic surgeon to be working with. And the hands of the right plastic surgeon. These type of decisions become easy and straightforward. In the hands of the right surgeon you should’ve had a better outcome than the one you did. I’m making some assumptions when I say that because I don’t have complete information. Provider selection is the most important variable and I suggest patience focused their efforts on that. Finding the right plastic surgeon is not easy or straightforward. It generally means having lots of in person consultations at which point is your responsibility to vet the provider. Bring pictures of yourself to use reference during the consultation, preferably in printed format. During each consultation, ask each provider what their recommendations are Ask the provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of previous patients who had similar breast characteristics. For a second opinion consultation, you should always come prepared with you a complete set of proper before and after pictures and a copy of your previous operative report. These are parts of your medical record that you can request from your current provider by simply asking for them. highly experienced plastic surgeons should have more before and after pictures than you have time to look at it. Get a sense of how much breast surgery each surgeon does and their overall level of attention to detail. Highly experienced plastic surgeons should have more before and after pictures than you have time to look at it. Get a sense of how much breast surgery each surgeon does and they’re overall level of attention to detail. I think you need to have your lift redone and that’s probably much more important than anything else. In regards to implant selection, each plastic surgeon will have their own way of doing this. Some plastic surgeons ask the patients to make the final decision regarding what size implants to use. Personally, I don’t think the patient is in the best position to make decisions regarding implant size because they typically not professionals who do this on a regular basis. Some plastic surgeons will make the decision based on input from the patient. My personal approach is to work with before and after pictures until I have a good understanding of what the patient is hoping to achieve. During surgery, I use temporary implant sizers to determine what implant will give the desired outcome. I bring pictures of what the patient thinks is an ideal outcome and have those in the operating room. I typically have a full collection of implants to choose from during the procedure. There are a lot of variables to take in the consideration and in the hands of the right provider should be guided through all the decision-making process and have a desirable outcome without needing another procedure.
