Tip of nose tingles - is this something to worry about?

I had a botched rhinoplasty 1.5 years and the few weeks the left side of my tip is tingling sometime, lile when your arm is asleep. I dont think i ever had this sensation before and im wondering if its somethingto worry abiut. That left half of my tip is already a lot shorter than the right dome

Based on your photo, you appear to have prominent foot plates of your medial crural cartilages. This is right next to your nasal sills, so I can understand your labeling. When these foot plates are prominent, as in your situation, they may be sutured together to be minimized during rhinoplasty....
