I am a 19 year old male who isn’t overweight, however, I feel that my face is larger than the rest of my body, especially when I’m smiling. I am unsure whether this has to do with my cheeks, chin, or neck fat. I also notice large assymmetry with one side of my face which seems to be due to my chin and masseter muscle. What procedure(s) would be best to get me a slimmer look and more defined cheeks/jaw?
