Can I do microneedling on top of my cheek fillers?

Microneedling is safe after treatment with fillers. It is safest to wait at least 2 weeks after your filler treatment before having your procedure. It won't breakdown your filler as it does not penetrate to the same treatment area. Infection is a small risk due to protocol. 

Yes, you can have microneedling treatment after cheek filler and this is something that is commonly done. The filler is placed much deeper then the level at which microneedling will be working. Microneedling, in my opinion, is a great treatment for acne scars and uneven skin texture.

If you are choosing to receive mid-face fillers the same day, you can first undergo microneedling procedure first, then follow up with filler agents. The microneedling device does not penetrate too deeply to affect the filler placement. Any procedure that breaks the skin is prone to infection.
