2 days post op, is it normal after RF microneedling to have tiny white dots and grid marks?

I had the RF microneedling treatment two days ago and my cheeks feel a little rough, almost like tiny dots across my face. Also they’re in perfect lines in grid form. Is this a normal reaction and how long does it typically take to clear up? Thank you!
