Question

My Acne is pretty much under control and I need to get scars fixed. My Key concerns are (a) PIE and Generalized redness (not really visible in pics), I haven't had acne there in years but for some reason parts of my face are still red. (b) Enlarged Pores (c) Volume Loss - Very apparent on one cheek. (d) Box scars (I think that's what some of the scars are). Which procedures and in which order should I get? Is Fat transfer better than a filler for volume loss in cheeks?

Based on your pics, you may be a good candidate for fat transfer,  followed by microneedling with PRP, which is the Vampire Facial. In that order, separated by 1-2 weeks. This will restore volume first, then treat the skin surface. Another great option of the acne scars is JPlasma resurfacing. This has a little longer downtime than microneedling, but is a deeper, more thorough treatment. The catch is that redness may last a couple of months, but the skin will be smoother. Seek out an experienced facial surgeon for these. Good luck!

A combination approach will give the most improvement. These types of scars need a combination of lasers, microneedling/prp, Cosmelan, subcision and fillers. We often perform these treatments on the same day. It will take a series of treatments and will need some treatments to maintain. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an acne scarring expert.
