Facial fat graft removal: Did micro lipo 3 times and it helped a little but I’m still nowhere near to what I used to look like.

It's very hard to reverse facial fat grafting. Sometimes this requires liposuction, face lift with fat removal or repositioning. I find that small changes can be made with ultrasound, radiofrequency or kybella/mesotherapy/lipodissolve, or 5fu steroids. I've had some experience with this. It is a difficult problem and you really can't go back completely. Microlipo only goes so far and after three times the area is probably scarred enough so that you can't get more out. It also depends on the area where that fat is. There is interest with kybella but not much experience with it so far.
