Please I need answers . I had facial fat graft done with prp over 2 years ago !! I’m looking into ways to directly removing it or doing thermi ?? Can prp cause the fat to regrow after 2 years ?? If there’s any doctor that has removed fat from facial fat graft please let me know thank you

It's very hard to reverse facial fat grafting. Sometimes this requires liposuction, face lift with fat removal or repositioning. I find that small changes can be made with ultrasound, radiofrequency or kybella/mesotherapy/lipodissolve, or 5fu steroids. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer.

I've had some experience with this. It is a difficult problem and you really can't go back completely. Microlipo only goes so far and after three times the area is probably scarred enough so that you can't get more out. It also depends on the area where that fat is. There is interest with kybella but not much experience with it so far.
