Do mentor boost implants or mentor xtra implants, feel more natural? Online it says xtra is more “firm”, when I felt them in person I couldn’t tell a difference, but the nurse helping me said the xtra feels more firm.

I'd recommend feeling them both during your consultation. They feel almost the same. It will also depend how much breast tissue you have and the placement of the implants. Everyone has their own version of what feels natural.

Thanks for your inquiry, unfortunately you ask a slightly subjective question.  In general the "firmer" the implant--the less people think it feels natural but more importantly the firmer the implant the implant maintains more upper volume meaning less natural droop.  I suggest you revisit this conversation with your surgeon's office because you are right it is an important consideration-best of luck.
