Do Mentor boost implants or Mentor xtra implants, feel more natural?

I'd recommend feeling them both during your consultation. They feel almost the same. It will also depend how much breast tissue you have and the placement of the implants. Everyone has their own version of what feels natural.

In general the "firmer" the implant--the less people think it feels natural but more importantly the firmer the implant the implant maintains more upper volume meaning less natural droop.
