Dear doc's, my surgery is schedule for 23 January. My doctor recommended mentor siltex to me because I have some sagging yet do not want a lift. The siltex should give me the structure and appearance of a lift that I am looking for. From your experience do mentor textured implants cause discomfort for patients vs smooth implants? I imagine the "Velcro" effect to feel awkward inside my body. Or is that just my imagination? Is there a difference in terms of comfort?
