Mentor boost implants with lift?

What is the main difference between me to boost and mentor Xtra implants? I’m thinking to book to Istanbul for a breast lift with implants (this will be my third set). I had 2 previous regular mentor implant surgeries, after weight gain/loss, 2 kids and 14 years I removed them. Now I want an uplift with small implants and have read boost or Xtra may be better as I have thin skin now. I’m currently a size C (floppy)! Are the boost implants available in Turkey and would these be a good choice?
