Would Mentor boost implants help me achieve natural full results with 300 - 400 cc's?

Although you are, and should be aware of the risk of BIA-ALCL with textured breast implants, you should also be aware that the risk with Mentor siltex texturing is somewhere in the range of 1 in 80,000. With that being said, you can achieve a nice result with round, smooth implants in the range of 300-400cc and in general, higher profile implants such as Boost provide a little more lift to the nipple if placed correctly.
