I am a 34 year-old hispanic female. I weigh 160lbs at 5'3". I get blackheads and have bumps on my face that when squeezed white stuff comes out but it doesn't turn into a white head.

In our office, we use Melarase PM Arbutin to help ease the risk of PIH with any invasive RF or laser treatments. I would suggest using the Melarase once daily before and after the procedure. If you have developed PIH, use it twice daily.
