I'm a 30 year old female who has been doing IPL photofacials off and on for the past 5 years - which has sloughed away 80% of my pigment - but some stubborn pigment remains. I also do laser genesis a few times a year to help with redness and pore size. Keen to try something different - looking at Clear and Brilliant - does this help stubborn, faint sun-damaged pigment/mild melasma?

In our office, we use Melarase PM Arbutin to help ease the risk of PIH with any invasive RF or laser treatments. I would suggest using the Melarase once daily before and after the procedure. If you have developed PIH, use it twice daily.
