6 days after Juvederm Ultra, noticing a weird line above my upper lip. Should I be concerned? (photos)

i had .5 ml of Juvederm Ultra xc injected out 6 days ago. I just noticed that when I rub my lips together I can see a line that pops out, on top of my upper lip. Is this something I should be worried about? The filler looks great and feels fine, but on the side with the line that pops out, it does feel a lot more firm. I have had zero pain with he injections, and zero bruising. Everything has been perfect I'm just concerned about this weird line.

Lines, lumps and swelling are fairly common after injections to the lips and typically resolve within a couple of weeks. If you are still concerned once you hit that two-week mark, contact your injector for a follow-up assessment to determine whether additional treatment is necessary. Good luck to you!

After lip injections swelling and uneven areas can occur.  They typically will resolve within 14 days.  Until that time you can gently massage the area.  If after 14 days you still have concerns, return to your injector for an evaluation.
