The donor area looks bad, can I use a hair fiber or black dye to make it look better? (Photos)

Question

Before 16 days I make a hair transplant, today I remove scabs on my receipt area slowly with my fingers. When doing this some hairs have fallen.. Us that a wrong thing ? As you can see on the photo there's receipt area, do you think some more hairs will come in the future ? Also today I go to the my hairdressing and he wrongly cut my hairs in donor area so now the skin look like it's with a blood, is there any way to dye with black hair color or using a hair fiber to make it look normally ?

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen. In general, you would have to wait for your hair to grow out.

The donor pictures do not look like they are from 16 days and should not be bleeding. I would definitely get in contact with your hair restoration clinic, and possibly go get a second opinion if need be. The recipient looks good.

Transplanted graft’s hair starts to shedding in the first week of surgery and may go on untill 4-6 th weeks after surgery. İt is not surprising to lost approx.  %70-80 of all transplanted hair shafts in first month when you are washing, gently rubbing  or touching the head. İt is shock loss and not permanent. Do not dye but you can use  a hair fiber to make donor and recipient area look normally.

Derm fibers such as Toppik are excellent products to camouflage thin areas of the scalp. They are safe to use pre and post hair transplant.

You should go back to your doctor and ask your doctor about your donor area which you say is bleeding, it should not be bleeding at 16 days
